1. Members support the cause of the Citizens' Committee to protect the elderly citizens in our community.
2. Members are eligible to receive Citizens' Committee Humanitarian Volunteers to visit their loved ones.
3. A knowledgeable Citizens' Committee volunteer will offer guidance to a member in selecting a nursing home best suited for their loved one.
4. A qualified Citizens' Committee consultant will help you devise the strategy to care for your loved ones.
5. Members receive guidance and information about the care of their loved ones if problems arise.
6. When requested, a Citizens' Committee representative will contact an administrator or appropriate staff person of a facility if your concerns are not addressed or corrected.
7. When needed, a Citizens' Committee volunteer will act as an intermediary in resolving problems members may have with any community business or professional.
8. If you need special service beyond the superior service already offered by our business members, you may show your membership card to a business owner or their representative.
